Trevi seeks a Construction Manager to lead site operations across multiple projects and guide Site Managers to deliver complex foundations on time and within budget.

Significant geotechnical expertise is required to resolve on-site challenges and support strategies aligned with HSE and quality standards. The role offers exposure to high-profile international infrastructure work in a technical environment.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or geotechnical projects.
• Proven experience in special foundations.
• Strong technical knowledge of site operations and construction methods.
• Leadership and team coordination in multicultural environments.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.
• Ability to operate at strategic and hands-on operational level.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate Site Managers across multiple projects.
• Ensure construction activities meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Monitor progress and address delays or critical issues.
• Oversee special foundation works (Diaphragm walls, Hydromill, Bored piles, CFA piles).
• Troubleshoot complex geotechnical and operational challenges.
• Contribute to cost control and procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote safety culture.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
