Trevi is seeking a Construction Manager to lead site operations across multiple projects with a focus on complex foundations and geotechnical execution. You will guide Site Managers to deliver on time and within budget, driving technical decisions and cost control while ensuring HSE compliance.

You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize foundation works such as diaphragm walls, Hydromill, bored piles, and CFA piles across international sites.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or geotechnical projects.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and construction methods.
• Leadership and team coordination in multicultural environments.
• Experience with international projects is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate Site Managers across multiple projects.
• Ensure construction activities meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Monitor progress and address delays or critical issues.
• Oversee special foundation works (Diaphragm walls, Hydromill, Bored piles, CFA piles).
• Troubleshoot complex geotechnical and operational challenges.
• Contribute to cost control and procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a safety culture.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
