Descrizione del lavoro

Trevi seeks a Construction Manager to lead site operations across multiple APAC projects and guide Site Managers to deliver complex foundations on time and within budget. You will apply strong geotechnical know-how to resolve on-site challenges and support execution strategies aligned with HSE and quality standards.

You will partner with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to steer technical decisions and optimize cost control, gaining exposure to high-profile international infrastructure

Competenze

10+ years of experience in infrastructure or geotechnical projects
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven leadership and team coordination across multicultural environments
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with international projects is a plus

Mansioni

Lead and coordinate Site Managers across multiple projects
Ensure construction activities meet schedule, budget, and quality targets
Monitor progress and address delays or critical issues
Oversee special foundation works (Diaphragm walls, Hydromill, Bored piles, CFA piles)
Troubleshoot complex geotechnical and operational challenges
Contribute to cost control and procurement strategies
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a安全 culture
Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
