The successful candidate will provide technological support to production and tender departments, focusing on innovative product development and solutions in the Foundations and Soil Improvement sector. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Civil Engineering or Geology, relevant experience, and strong skills in data analysis and software proficiency, along with excellent interpersonal skills.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Geology required.
• Knowledge of the Foundations and Soil Improvement sector is necessary.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Understanding of equipment and instrumentation in the sector is important.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings required.

TECHNOLOGIST

The selected candidate will provide technological support to the Production and Tender departments and will research technologies, solutions, and innovative products to be leveraged in the short, medium, and long term in order to achieve the Group’s strategic development goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide technological assistance for the study of execution procedures, operational instructions, data analysis from execution phases, and field testing of various technologies used on site.
• Support construction sites in developing improved technological solutions.
• Assist the Tender department (Italy and abroad) in the technological analysis of bids and proposals.
• Develop innovative products, technologies, and technological solutions.
• Assist construction sites with testing related to the application of execution procedures, products, tools, and/or innovative equipment.
• Collaborate with universities, industry associations in the Foundations sector, and companies for research and development of innovative solutions and products.
• Participate as a speaker in internal and external technological update courses.
• Attend conferences and events with industry professionals to promote developed technologies and enhance personal knowledge.
• Work with supervisors and senior colleagues to draft research and development plans aimed at securing funding.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Geology.
• Knowledge of the Foundations and Soil Improvement sector.
• Previous experience in the role will be considered a plus.
• Understanding of equipment and instrumentation used in Foundations and Soil Improvement.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D civil and mechanical drawings.
• Skills in processing and interpreting data from site activities.
• Expertise in developing innovative products, technologies, and solutions.
• Proficiency in domain-specific software and applications (design, product development, etc.).
• Knowledge of standard regulations related to the Foundations and Soil Improvement sector.
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
