Cumming Group UK & Europe is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for Milan to provide strategic commercial leadership across high-value data centre projects in Italy and Europe. You will oversee commercial performance from feasibility through construction, commissioning and close-out, ensuring cost certainty and managed risk.

Leading client relationships and project teams, you will drive value engineering, negotiate contracts, and mentor Commercial Managers and junior staff while supporting

Competenze

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS or AssocRICS preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial management on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT and procurement strategies.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management across multi-disciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Lead commercial and cost management across data centre projects.
• Develop commercial strategies to support delivery and client objectives.
• Provide leadership on cost planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Advise on procurement strategy and risk allocation.
• Oversee tender processes and contract awards.
