Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery for a flagship data centre project in Milan. You will influence strategy, manage risk, and build a high-performing team across pre-construction and delivery stages.

The role reports to senior leadership and collaborates with Operations, Planning, Engineering and Finance to maximise project performance and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• Proven track record leading commercial teams on large-scale projects.
• Strong governance and contract negotiation experience.
• Ability to assess and mitigate commercial risks across projects.

Mansioni

• Lead commercial strategy and governance across the project and wider Business Unit.
• Manage revenue, profitability, cash flow and monthly reporting.
• Define and implement optimal commercial team structure.
