The role involves contract negotiations, stakeholder management, and ensuring financial performance from bid through project delivery across Europe. Join a market-leading contractor and influence major infrastructure delivery.

Competenze

• Extensive commercial management experience in construction or data centre projects.
• Strong contract administration and governance knowledge.
• Proven track record negotiating major contracts with clients and subcontractors.
• Ability to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
• Experience managing cash flow, forecasting and profitability.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead commercial strategy and governance for the project and Business Unit.
• Oversee revenue, profitability, cash flow and monthly reporting.
• Structure and lead the commercial team.
• Mentor Quantity Surveyors and team members.
• Support tender evaluations and bid strategy.
• Negotiate client contracts and manage contractual obligations.
• Assess project risks and implement mitigations with senior stakeholders.
• Drive commercial reporting and milestone accountability.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier commercial arrangements.
