Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a BMS Project Manager for Milan data centre projects. You will lead delivery of large-scale BMS and building automation systems, coordinating clients, contractors and engineering teams from award through to handover.

Fluent Italian and strong knowledge of BMS/controls are preferred, with proven project management experience on complex commercial or critical infrastructure projects. Travel to project sites will be required.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a BMS Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of BMS, HVAC controls and building automation systems.
• Experience delivering complex commercial/industrial/critical infrastructure projects.

Mansioni

• Take overall responsibility for successful delivery of BMS and building automation projects.
• Manage projects from design through installation, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate clients, main contractors, consultants and subcontractors and site teams.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and commercial performance.
• Attend client and project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and data centre standards.
