Experts Group International in Milan seeks an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale data centre projects from design through handover. You will oversee all phases and ensure projects meet technical, financial, and safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years in private-sector construction, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
• 10+ years’ experience in large private-sector construction (EPC/EPCM).
• Proven track record delivering complex facilities (data centres, logistics, or large industrial builds).
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Act as the main client contact, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Oversee all design, engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Manage contracts, budgets, risk, and financial performance of projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Engineers.
• Ensure strict compliance with legal, safety, and sustainability requirements.
