Sysdig is seeking a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer in L'Aquila, Abruzzo. In this role, you will support enterprise customers by providing senior-level technical assistance, collaborating with development engineers to manage escalations, track bugs, and document feature requests.

You will also conduct troubleshooting sessions, create training materials, and maintain knowledge articles. The position requires strong expertise in Kubernetes, Linux, and proficiency in scripting, along with

Competenze

5+ years of experience in enterprise technical support or escalation roles.
Expertise in Kubernetes and Linux environments.
Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (bash/shell/python).
Knowledge of public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Mansioni

Provide senior-level technical support for enterprise customers.
Collaborate with development engineering to track escalations, bugs, and feature requests.
Develop troubleshooting sessions, trainings, and guides for internal teams.
Triage and document bugs and enhancements observed in the field.
Participate in on-call rotation and coordinate with Escalation Management on high-touch accounts.
