Sysdig is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Support professional to join the Customer Reliability team in a challenging cloud security environment.

You will work with development engineering to track escalations, reproduce issues, and create internal trainings while maintaining knowledge bases and documenting enhancements for high-impact customers. This role requires strong Linux and Kubernetes skills and hands-on experience with major cloud providers.

Competenze

• 5+ years as senior technical support/escalation resource for enterprises in container management, cloud management, or cloud security.
• Master level Kubernetes and Linux experience.
• Knowledge of scripting: Bash, Shell, or Python.
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Nice to have: Oracle and IBM Cloud knowledge.
• Experience balancing multiple challenges simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Provide senior level technical knowledge on customer issues.
• Collaborate with development engineering to track escalations, bugs, and feature requests.
• Develop troubleshooting sessions, trainings and guides for CRE team members.
• Maintain and expand internal knowledge base articles.
• Triage and document bugs and enhancement requests from the field and reproduce.
• Coordinate with Escalation Management on high-touch accounts.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
