Sysdig, Inc. is seeking a senior Technical Support/Escalation engineer to join our Customer Reliability team.
You will provide senior level technical knowledge on customer issues and coordinate with the development engineering team on escalations, bugs and feature requests. The annual compensation range for this full-time position is between €44,200 and €55,200. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
The national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) applied by Sysdig is CCNL Terziario-Confcommercio.
