Sysdig, Inc. is seeking a senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, scale, and maintain our multi-cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. You will drive reliability, performance, and scalability in close collaboration with software development teams.

The role includes on-call rotations, incident response leadership, and the implementation of long-term preventive solutions, while enforcing cloud security and regulatory compliance across all environments.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing large-scale, high-availability production infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in container orchestration and runtime technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience automating operational workflows to reduce toil and improve efficiency.
• Proficiency with major cloud providers and observability/monitoring frameworks.

• Design, scale, and maintain Sysdig’s multi-cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Drive system reliability, performance, and scalability in collaboration with software teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations, lead incident response, perform root cause analyses, and engineer long-term preventive solutions.
