Sysdig is seeking a senior technical support professional to join our CRE team, reporting to the Manager of Customer Reliability. You will provide senior-level technical knowledge on customer issues and collaborate with development engineering to track escalations, bugs, and feature requests.

You will develop troubleshooting sessions, internal guides, and maintain our knowledge base, triage bugs, and participate in on-call rotations for high-touch accounts, helping customers secure cloud

Competenze

• 5+ years in senior technical support or escalation for enterprises.
• Master level Kubernetes and Linux experience.
• Proficiency in Bash, Shell, or Python scripting.
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Nice to have Oracle Cloud and IBM Cloud knowledge.
• Ability to balance multiple challenges simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Provide senior level technical knowledge on customer issues as part of CRE.
• Collaborate with development engineering to track escalations, bugs and feature requests.
• Develop technical troubleshooting sessions, trainings and guides for internal CRE team members.
• Develop, review and maintain the internal collection of knowledge base articles.
• Triages and documents bugs and enhancement requests observed in the field or via reproduction.
• Work with Escalation Management on high-touch accounts and participate in on-call rotation.
