Sysdig, Inc. is seeking a senior Technical Support/Escalation engineer to join our Customer Reliability team.
You will provide senior level technical knowledge on customer issues and coordinate with the development engineering team on escalations, bugs and feature requests. You will develop troubleshooting sessions, knowledge base articles, and guides for the CRE team, maintain internal knowledge resources, and participate in on-call rotations to support critical cloud security issues for our
Competenze
- 5+ years of experience as a senior technical support/escalation resource for enterprises in a container management/cloud security context.
- Master level Kubernetes and Linux experience.
- Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (Bash/Shell/Python).
- Knowledge of public cloud providers and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience writing/communicating in English and French.

- Provide senior level technical knowledge on customer issues and report to the Manager of Customer Reliability.
- Collaborate with development engineering to track escalations, bugs and feature requests.
- Develop technical troubleshooting sessions, trainings and guides for internal CRE team members.
