Salesforce is hiring a MuleSoft Client Solutions Engineer in Italy to join the Pre-Sales Solution Engineering team. Based in Milan or Rome, you will support Account Executives with technical demos, PoCs, and architecture guidance throughout the sales cycle.

You will conduct technical discovery, document requirements, and translate technical concepts into business outcomes while collaborating with Product Management, Engineering and Marketing. Italian and English are required.

Competenze

• Degree in IT / Business Informatics or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role
• Languages: Italian and English
• Excellent presentation and composure abilities in front of all levels of technical and non-technical audiences

Mansioni

• Qualify deals by building relationships and guiding technical value for customer success
• Run technical discovery to document requirements for solution proposals
• Deliver architecture framing and whiteboarding through shadowing and scenarios
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical input
• Deliver demos/PoCs and run architecture workshops
• Collaborate with product/engineering/marketing to improve offerings
• Stay ahead of tech trends and position MuleSoft's values
