Glovo is seeking a Sr Account Manager in City Development to own growth for a regional cluster of cities. You will decide where to expand, which partners join the platform, and how to optimize user experience for a profitable, market-leading city.

You will manage expansion coverage, content priorities, and promotional plans, working with Operations, Sales, and Marketing across your region. Regular travel is required.

Qualificações

• Ownership and drive with bias for action and ambitious target achievement.
• Translate complex data (share, funnel, unit economics) into a prioritized action plan.
• Prioritize city-level investments to maximize impact across partners and cities.
• Mobilize Operations, Sales, Marketing and account teams to execute playbooks.
• Proven success in negotiating commercial terms with partners in marketplace contexts.
• Maintain excellent organization managing multiple cities, cycles and stakeholders.
• Adapt to fast-paced, non-vanilla environments with a proactive mindset.
• Fluent Italian and professional English with willingness to travel regionally.
