Rosewood Rome is seeking a Banqueting Manager - Events Operations Manager to lead all aspects of luxury event execution. You will coordinate banquets, oversee staff, and ensure impeccable service aligned with Rosewood standards. The role drives profitability through efficient operations and upselling opportunities.

You will report to the Director of Food and Beverage and collaborate with the Events team to deliver memorable guest experiences across intimate gatherings and large-scale events.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality event management
• Strong leadership and team development
• Strong financial acumen and P&L awareness

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all banqueting events including logistics, staffing, and seating plans
• Monitor quality of service, guest satisfaction, and brand standards
• Prepare and review monthly F&B reports and financial performance
