Prada Group in Milan is seeking an App Analytics Senior Specialist to support the measurement and optimization of mobile apps across the group. You will generate actionable insights, monitor KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve engagement, retention, conversion and overall business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on mobile app analytics.
• Strong knowledge of analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.
• Experience in KPI definition, performance monitoring, reporting, and insight generation.
• Proven expertise with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Looker.
• Good understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, and optimization methodologies.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and analytics implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or similar).
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and optimize app performance for B2C and B2B mobile experiences through KPI tracking, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize solutions to track acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion performance
• Perform in-depth analyses to identify user behavior trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Marketing, CRM, and Tech teams to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Support experimentation and A/B testing activities, contributing to the evaluation of user experience and business performance improvements
• Ensure accurate implementation and quality assurance of mobile analytics solutions (e.g., SDKs, event tracking, attribution platforms)
• Contribute to the definition and adoption of analytics best practices, promoting a data-driven approach across teams
• Provide analytical support to stakeholders by tailoring insights to different business needs and audiences
