Prada is seeking an Innovation Manager to join the Digital team in Milan, reporting to the Group Digital Director. This role connects business needs with technology opportunities, shaping and driving adoption of AI, algorithms, and immersive digital experiences.

The position oversees a portfolio across content production, algorithms, clienteling, CRM and customer experience, guiding opportunities from business case to scaling and embedding into the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical, scientific, economic or humanities disciplines.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, AI and data-driven solutions.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear priorities and actionable initiatives.

Mansioni

• Identify and assess emerging technologies and their business relevance.
• Own and deliver a portfolio of innovation projects from ideation to roll-out.
• Lead pilots and scale successful solutions into product art direction and customer experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and speed of execution.
• Prepare analyses and executive materials to support decision-making by Innovation leadership.
• Foster an AI-driven culture and share knowledge across the organization.
