Prada Group in Milan is seeking an App Analytics Senior Specialist to support the measurement and optimization of mobile apps across the group. For the Digital Insights Team based in Milan HQ, we are looking for the App Analytics Senior Specialist who will support the measurement and optimization of mobile app and digital experience performance across the Group ecosystem. The role will be responsible for generating actionable insights, monitoring key performance indicators, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve engagement, retention, conversion, and overall business outcomes. We offer a stimulating work environment, with multiple innovative projects and a network of colleagues with different skill sets and backgrounds (UX Designers, Product Owners, Data Analysts, E-commerce, Media).
4-6 years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on mobile app analytics.
Strong knowledge of analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.
Experience in KPI definition, performance monitoring, reporting, and insight generation.
Proven expertise with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Looker.
Good understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, and optimization methodologies.
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and analytics implementation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or similar).
Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian.
