Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in functional analysis or application support.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with MS 365.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Apps and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Ability to draft functional analysis and project documentation.
• English level B2 (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Collect and formalise business requirements into functional analysis and specifications.
• Coordinate with external development partners to align solutions with business needs.
• Prepare and execute functional and regression test cases; support UAT and release phases.
• Support AMS activities and manage user requests.
• Oversee ticketing flow and coordinate with suppliers for issue resolution.
