Zusammenfassung

Nearform is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Italy to design and deploy agentic AI platforms across client environments. You will build scalable AI solutions, orchestrate LLM workflows, and integrate with enterprise data and apps, collaborating with client teams to deliver concrete business outcomes.

Responsibilities include architecting multi‑agent architectures, deploying RAG pipelines, and ensuring successful adoption within complex enterprise systems.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of commercial engineering experience
• Experience designing agentic platforms using Python and AI frameworks
• Architect LLM orchestration with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen
• Implement multi‑agent systems with tool use, memory and decision‑making
• Design RAG pipelines integrating enterprise data sources
• Integrate platforms with APIs, data platforms and cloud services
• Configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads
• Design deployment across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments
• Collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong consulting experience for client engagements
