• Experience with evaluation datasets, regression testing, production observability.
• Ability to write clear specifications with inputs, outputs, tests and references.

Responsibilities

• Establish an evidence-based technical baseline and plan.
• Lead code reviews, CI checks and automated tests for end-to-end delivery.
• Translate discovery into precise specifications with acceptance tests and references.
• Ensure traceable decision logs, versioned rules and auditability across the platform.
