A technology company in Italy is seeking an experienced AI Integration Specialist to design and implement functions for AI agents across multiple channels such as voice, chat, and email. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, excellent communication skills in Italian and English, and hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations. This role involves collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Role Overview

Design prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)

Integrate with customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so agents can execute real tasks

Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for accuracy & reliability

Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, demo solutions, and iterate fast

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ship high-quality, production-ready solutions.

Contribute to tooling, processes, and documentation that support scalable AI development

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field

Excellent Italy and English, written & spoken

Experience in technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) – a strong plus

Hands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations

Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and passion for AI

Prior experience with conversational AI or large language models – advantage
