Zusammenfassung

Reply is seeking a Senior Engineer in Italy to design and deliver Agentic AI and GenAI solutions. You will lead architecture, production release, and cross-team collaboration with a focus on measurable business impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/CE or related field.
• 3–5 years in software development or ML/AI.
• 1–2 years on LLM-based projects and agentic solutions deployed to production.
• Excellent Python and frameworks for agentic systems (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
• Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration, routing, and state management.
• Experience with guardrails, prompt engineering, and security against prompt injection.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and trade-offs.
• Experience in building scalable, observable, cost-efficient systems.
• High-level knowledge of cloud services.

• Design, implement and optimise Agentic AI and GenAI solutions from architecture to production release.
• Translate complex data challenges into high-impact business insights.
• Lead project phases ensuring quality and scalability of models deployed to production.
• Collaborate with clients and DevOps to align architecture with business goals.
