Job summary

AGCO Corporation, with the Fendt brand in Italy, seeks a Manager, Sales to lead the local dealer network and drive volume targets from a remote/home office. You will align with brand leads on objectives, develop campaigns, and coach the team to achieve KPI milestones.

The role requires 8+ years in agricultural machinery sales, strong dealership knowledge, and bilingual English/Italian communication. A flexible, remote setup supports field activities and dealer engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years experience in a sales role and knowledge of sales, marketing in the agricultural machinery business.
• Expert knowledge of the various functions within an agricultural machinery dealership.
• A high level of PC skills, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Salesforce.
• Expert in team management. Good English and Italian communication skills is required. German communication skill is nice to have
• Good knowledge and understanding of the brand organizational structure with expert knowledge of the industry and AGCO.

Responsibilities

• Sales Funnel Management and Key Account Management with fleet deals.
• Develop sales campaigns and plans; set pricing & discount levels with brand teams; monitor volumes and margins.
• Compile dealer business plans and ensure coverage with training and progress reporting.
• Lead team performance with regular reviews and coaching to support initiatives.
• Promote strong brand image and manage inventories, OPEX within budget levels.
