AGCO seeks a Senior Brand Sales Manager for the Fendt brand, focused on Italy, to lead brand development and dealer network expansion. You will drive KPI achievement, organize campaigns, and coach a local brand team while ensuring alignment with AGCO's strategic objectives.

The role is remote-based, with Italy-based responsibilities, requiring strong English and Italian communication and proven leadership in agricultural machinery sales.

Competenze

• At least 8+ years experience in a sales role and knowledge of sales, marketing in the agricultural machinery business.
• Expert knowledge of the various functions within an agricultural machinery dealership.
• Good English and Italian communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage the local brand team to develop the appointed dealer network and achieve KPI targets.
• Drive growth via brand programs and dealer engagement.
• Develop sales campaigns, pricing and discount strategies with brand, sales, marketing and finance.
• Ensure dealer business plans are installed and tracked monthly with reporting.
