Job summary

AGCO, featuring the Valtra brand in Italy, seeks a National Sales Manager to lead market objectives and grow the dealer network. The role is remote, with a primary home-office setup and occasional in-person requirements.

You will manage the brand team, implement sales campaigns, and drive profitability through structured plans. You should bring 5+ years in agricultural equipment sales, deep knowledge of dealer operations, and strong skills in Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a sales role in agricultural machinery.
• Expert knowledge of dealership functions and AGCO brand structure.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
• Ability to develop dealer networks and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Agree objectives with brand leads for markets and monitor KPI performance.
• Manage local brand team to develop dealer network and coaching.
• Drive dealer development and territory coverage with new appointments.
• Conduct annual dealer business plans and monitor progress monthly.
• Lead training and coaching across internal and external staff.
