AGCO, based in Breganze, Italy, seeks a skilled trainer to support dealers and internal teams with product arguments and training for Fendt harvesters. You will present machines and assist during field days, adapting concepts for Central Europe and enabling dealers for demos and installations.

A degree in agriculture or AG machinery and fluent English are required, with a high willingness to travel and participate in events and VIP visits as needed.

Your Impact

Supporting internal teams and dealer salesmen in establishing a market-oriented and continuous product argumentation.Conducting product, sales and driver training, within theFENDTsales region Central Europe.

PresentingFENDTcombineharvestersand advising customers during individual demonstrations and field day demonstrationstogetherwith our distribution partners.

Market-specific adaptation of provided training concepts and regional implementation. Enabling dealers to perform demonstrations and machine installations according to brand image.

Supportingdealers /endcustomers with initialuse of machinesin the fieldas well as machine optimisationwithin theharvesting season.

Planning and support in the implementation of events such as new product launches, local trade fairs, and field days.

Technical and personal support for VIP visitors (groups) as part of factory visits.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in agriculture, AG-machinery or similar education/experience.

Detailed product knowledge about combineharvesters

Proficiency and confidence in using modern presentation techniques.

Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders, confidently handling conflicts.

Strong communication skills and assertiveness. Very good knowledge of English,2ndlanguage beneficial.High willingness to travel.

Compensation

Applicable salary range: €40,000 - 50,000 gross annual salary
