Essity in Legnano (Milan) seeks a Senior Coordinator to oversee a network of external 3PL warehouses in Northern Italy. You will coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensure service levels and inventory accuracy, and drive KPI analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

You will develop reports, monitor performance, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to optimize processes and cost efficiency. A strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement is required.

Competenze

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments.
Experience with 3PL providers is highly valued.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.

Mansioni

Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations managed by external logistics providers (3PLs).
Ensure high service levels, inventory accuracy and operational performance across the network.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.
Develop reports and performance reviews to support data-driven decision making.
Monitor logistics performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Build strong relationships with logistics providers and participate in regular operational reviews.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Transportation and other stakeholders to optimize processes.
Support compliance with safety, quality, sustainability and standards.
