Essity in Legnano (Milan) seeks a Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to oversee a network of external 3PLs, ensuring safety, quality, service and cost efficiency.

You will analyze KPIs, build reports, collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Service, and drive data-driven improvements while working in a hybrid model with two days of smart working. Fluent English and Italian required; experience with SAP S/4HANA and Power BI is a strong asset.

Competenze

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with 3PL providers is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and KPI management skills.
• Experience reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Excel; SAP S/4HANA and Power BI is a plus.
