Essity in Legnano (Milan) seeks a Senior Coordinator to oversee a network of external 3PL warehouses in Northern Italy. You will coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensure service levels and inventory accuracy, and drive KPI analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

You will develop reports, monitor performance, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to optimize processes and cost efficiency. A strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement is required.

Competenze

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Experience with 3PL providers is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.

We are looking for a Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to join our Secondary Distribution team Italy, based in Legnano (Milan). This role plays a key part in coordinating a network of external warehouse providers across Northern Italy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role has a strong focus on performance management, KPI analysis and data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will transform operational data into actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions aimed at optimizing warehouse efficiency, service quality and cost performance.
