Essity AB in Legnano (Milano) is seeking a Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to oversee external warehouse providers across Northern Italy. You will drive continuous improvement, analyze performance, and transform data into actionable insights to optimize efficiency, service quality and cost performance.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Proven reporting, performance analysis and KPI management experience.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse ops, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge; SAP S/4HANA / SAP R/3, WMS and Power BI a strong asset.

Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to join our Secondary Distribution team Italy, based in Legnano (Milan). This role plays a key part in coordinating a network of external warehouse providers across Northern Italy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role has a strong focus on performance management, KPI analysis and data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will transform operational data into actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions aimed at optimizing warehouse efficiency, service quality and cost performance .

What you will do

Who you are

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience

At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments

Experience gained within logistics companies and/or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers is highly valued

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making

Proven experience in reporting, performance analysis, and KPI management

Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience with SAP S/4HANA (or SAP R/3), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Power BI will be considered a strong asset

Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken

French language knowledge is considered a plus
