Mondelēz International in Italy is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to oversee service levels, costs, health and safety, quality, and compliance within our warehouses. You will collaborate with internal colleagues and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely resolutions and flawless execution.

Key duties include inventory management with SAP and the WMS, KPI monitoring, supplier performance, returns handling, and continuous improvement projects.

Competenze

• Experience in logistics operations, procurement, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Proficient with SAP ERP systems (R3 and/or S/4HANA).
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.

Mansioni

• Analyze inventory errors and ensure SAP and WMS alignment.
• Coordinate with service providers for on-time deliveries.
• Monitor inbound/outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and shelf-life management.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and tenders.
• Forecast risks and opportunities with comprehensive analyses.
