Essity in Legnano (MI), Italy, seeks a Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to oversee external 3PLs and optimize warehouse performance. You will drive KPI analysis, report on operational data and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service and Transportation, ensuring safety, quality and cost efficiency while building strong relationships with logistics providers in Northern Italy.

Competenze

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in warehouse operations, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with 3PL providers is highly valued.
• Strong data analysis and KPI reporting skills.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse ops and logistics KPIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel; experience with SAP S/4HANA and WMS; Power BI.

We are looking for a Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to join our Secondary Distribution team Italy, based in Legnano (Milan). This role plays a key part in coordinating a network of external warehouse providers across Northern Italy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role has a strong focus on performance management, KPI analysis and data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will transform operational data into actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions aimed at optimizing warehouse efficiency, service quality and cost performance.

Who you are

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments
• Experience gained within logistics companies and/or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers is highly valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making
• Proven experience in reporting, performance analysis, and KPI management
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (or SAP R/3), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Power BI will be considered a strong asset
• Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken
• French language knowledge is considered a plus
