Louis Vuitton is seeking a Client Advisor to serve as a brand ambassador and ensure every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will discover client needs and guide them through the brand, proactively reaching out to achieve individual and team goals.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, supporting purchases across LV products, and building long-term relationships using clienteling tools.

Competenze

• Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail.
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Proficiency in English (B2); knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems.
