Louis Vuitton in Verona, Italy is seeking a Client Advisor to act as a brand ambassador and guide clients through the LV experience. You will proactively reach out to clients to meet individual and team goals, developing long-term relationships with clients using various clienteling tools.

You will build in-depth product knowledge, maintain brand standards, and support boutique goals with a strong focus on client experience and teamwork.

Competenze

• Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail.
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; flexibility and problem solving.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Proficiency in English (B2); knowledge of additional languages a plus.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems.
