Siemens seeks a Technical Sales Support Professional to join the Technical PreSales Support Team. You will assist the Sales Team with automation products, especially SCADA, and support customers during machine configuration to meet requirements.
You will present technical updates and collaborate with headquarters to drive Siemens products in the Italian market. The role emphasizes being the Italian technical reference, sharing knowledge, and building optimal automation solutions for customers,
Competenze
- Must have a degree in Computer Engineering or Automation Engineering.
- Strong interest in automation products (HMI, SCADA, PLC, network devices).
- Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel within Italy for business.
- Basic knowledge of IT-style programming languages (preferably JavaScript).
- Familiarity with PLC, HMI & SCADA, Motion Control.
Mansioni
- Serve as Italian technical reference for assigned products.
- Share technical information with colleagues and customers.
- Support Sales Team with product news and configurations for new machines.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and Headquarters to promote products in Italy.
