catworkx Italy is seeking an experienced Transformation & Change Management Consultant to support an international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme for a German branch. You will liaise between Business and IT, helping ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with fluent English and willingness to travel to Germany every 3–4 weeks.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in similar Transformation & Change Management roles.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to Germany every 3–4 weeks.

Mansioni

• Act as Business & IT focal point for the transformation scope.
• Lead Change Impact Management and coordinate actions with stakeholders.
• Support governance, reporting, and communication activities across the programme.
