Siemens invites a Salesforce Solution Analyst to join the global SherpaX SI 3S CPQ project team. You will define requirements and user stories for the RCA CPQ solution, support integrations with ERP and other systems, and collaborate with the agile team, Product Owner, Solution Architect, Product Manager, and Development Team to align business needs with IT solutions.

The role emphasizes working in an international environment within Smart Infrastructure IT, contributing to CPQ features,

Competenze

• Multiple years’ experience with Salesforce CPQ+ (preferably with RCA/ARM) as a solutions consultant or user.
• Knowledge of SFDC development and/or Admin will be considered a plus.
• Experience defining features and user stories in large-scale SDLC international projects, preferably CPQ.
• Experience presenting to POs or decision makers and selling design solutions.
• Orchestrating internal/external teams on interfaces/processes toward a common solution.
• Experience in Agile DEVOPS SCRUM environments.
• Experience in Siemens processes, preferably in Sales.
• Strong focus on Siemens quality guidelines for product and processes.
• Strong team player in an international environment; pragmatic and output-oriented.
