SteelcoBelimed is seeking an Salesforce Application Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce-based solutions. You will bridge business needs with technical teams, ensure alignment with platform standards, and drive digital transformation across the organization.

You will lead complex CRM initiatives, leverage standard Salesforce capabilities, and guide junior consultants while collaborating with product owners and IT teams.

Competenze

• Experience with complex CRM environments that translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service in demanding projects; leverage standard capabilities.
• Led functional teams in implementation projects guiding business and IT decisions.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent qualification.
• Clear communication with stakeholders; balance business goals with technical constraints.
• Good English; German/Italian or other languages are advantageous.
• Salesforce certifications and exposure to Jira/Azure DevOps enhance profile.

• Design, implement, and improve Salesforce-based business solutions; bridge between business and IT.
• Lead cross-functional solution initiatives; guide other Application Consultants on standards and quality.
• Assess Salesforce standard functionality before custom development for new requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to design extensions and integrations in the existing landscape.
• Refine backlogs, estimate effort, and plan releases with transparency on benefits and risks.
• Follow through from development to production, including testing, deployment, and AI-assisted tooling.
