Unox S.p.A. in Cadoneghe (PD), Italy, seeks an IT Process Analyst to join the Information Technology Team. The role focuses on leveraging Salesforce across Sales, Service, HR and Marketing to streamline information flow and support data-driven decisions.

The candidate will map and improve processes, define requirements with stakeholders, own project timelines, and implement Salesforce configurations with SAP ERP integrations, while providing end-user support.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Computer science, Mathematics or statistics.
• Basic knowledge of REST principles.
• 1+ years of Salesforce experience or certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Sustain and improve value delivery processes within IT.
• Leverage the Salesforce ecosystem across Sales, Service, HR and Marketing.
• Map, improve and measure information flows across key processes.
• Define and design requirements with stakeholders.
• Estimate resources, milestones and deadlines as project owner.
• Develop, test and fix Salesforce configurations and deployments.
• Build scripts and integrations with other systems (e.g. SAP ERP).
• Provide helpdesk support and share knowledge.
