Job summary

Oleon in Genova is seeking a meticulous sales support officer to bridge the sales team and customers. You will manage the entire order-to-invoice process and ensure on-time delivery according to agreed specs, while handling queries in a proactive, structured way.

You will work closely with planners, sales managers and logistics teams, provide essential admin support, and act as the first point of contact for issues. Office-based role with requirement for English plus German or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service or administration is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of SAP is required, as you will use the system daily to process and follow up on orders and contracts.
• English is an absolute must, combined with a professional working knowledge of German or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the activities of our sales team.
• Follow up on orders from initial contact through to invoicing and ensure on-time delivery and compliance with specifications.
• Enter contracts and orders in SAP, including sample requests, and monitor their processing.
• Collaborate with planners, sales managers and logistics teams.
• Maintain flawless administration of your own files and support colleagues when they are absent.
