Groupe Avril is seeking a Sales Support Officer in Genova to act as the bridge between sales and customers. You will ensure the entire process from order entry to invoicing runs smoothly, with goods delivered on time per specs.

You will also be the first point of contact for issues and collaborate with multiple departments to guarantee customer satisfaction. The role requires accurate administrative skills and daily SAP usage, with English mandatory and German or Dutch as a professional asset.

We are looking for a

As a sales support officer, you are the link betweensales and our customers. You ensure that the entire process, from order entryto invoicing, runs smoothly and that goods are delivered to the customer ontime and according to the agreed requirements. You are also the first point ofcontact in case of any issues and work closely with different departments toensure customer satisfaction.

• Youprovide administrative support for the activities of our sales team.
• Youfollow up on orders from initial contact through to invoicing and makesure that the requested goods are delivered on time and in line with therequired specifications, such as packaging, quality and delivery terms.
• Youfollow up on any delivery issues and complaints, anticipate potentialproblems as much as possible and take appropriate action in consultationwith the customer.
• Youenter contracts and orders in SAP, including sample requests, and followup on their further processing.
• Internally,you work closely with planners, sales managers and logistics teams.
  Youensure flawless administration of your own files and step in to supportcolleagues when they are absent.

You'll succeed if:

• You work accurately and in a structured way, and you enjoy providing strong administrative support. Knowledge of SAP is required, as you will use the system daily to process and follow up on orders and contracts.
• For this role, English is an absolute must, combined with a professional working knowledge of German or Dutch. You communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and internal stakeholders, and follow up proactively when information is missing or unclear.
• Experience in sales support, customer service or administration is a strong asset, but not a must. What matters most is your accuracy, reliability and willingness to learn.
• As the role is based in Genova, you are generally expected to work from the office.
