Baralan in Milano is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support sales data integrity and process improvements within a fast-paced environment. The role involves collaborating with the CBO and Sales teams to optimize processes and ensure data quality across systems.

Responsibilities include KPI data maintenance, month-end activities, data normalization, and cross-functional coordination to standardize sales procedures.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of English.
• 1–3 years of previous experience in similar roles.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Support the maintenance of sales KPI data integrity within the customer database.
• Support the team with month-end closing activities, particularly with regard to data normalization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional operational teams to ensure compliance with standardized sales-related processes.
• Provide input to the Sales team and the CBO aimed at improving sales processes.
• Monitor system adoption and data compliance with the company’s data policy.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to gather the information required to perform data analysis and reporting.
• Collect, analyze and interpret sales data, identify trends, and provide reports and insights to management and the Sales team.
• Oversee activities carried out with the Legal team regarding documentation and procedures related to the Sales area.
