Job summary

Volta S.P.A. is seeking a Sales Manager for the Power Quality Department to lead and grow the sales portfolio across Central and Southern Italy, covering low voltage regulation, power quality analysers, dissolved gas analysis and partial discharge systems.

Based in Rome or surrounding area, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, present technical solutions, negotiate contracts and drive sales targets while coordinating with internal teams and representing the

Qualifications

Proven sales and negotiation experience in B2B environments
Technical knowledge in electro-technical/electronics sectors is required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client management
Excellent organizational and time management abilities for handling multiple clients
Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and grow the sales portfolio across Central and Southern Italy
Maintain and develop customer relationships and present technical solutions
Negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets
