Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking a Sales Manager BESS for Italy to join our team at the Casole d’Elsa Headquarters. The role focuses on expanding the Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage business and building strong relationships with customers across the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Engineering, Business, or Renewable Energy, have sales or business development experience, and be willing to travel.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or related commercial activities.
• Experience in energy storage, renewable energy, power generation, electrical equipment, or related sectors is a plus.
• Availability to travel as required.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Expand Pramac's market presence and support business development and marketing initiatives for Energy Storage Solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and product expert within the assigned market.
• Contribute to the definition and execution of the sales strategy for the C&I Energy Storage business.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, and industry developments.
