Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking a motivated Junior Engineering Project Manager to join the Italian team in Casole d'Elsa. You will support planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects, working with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing to deliver customized power solutions on time and within scope.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or Economics.
• Up to 2 years of experience in engineering, project management, or industrial environments.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and engineering processes.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Smartsheet knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from kick-off to completion.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and other functions to meet milestones.
• Monitor schedules, deliverables, and documentation; identify risks and support mitigations.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
