HOERBIGER Automatisierungstechnik Holding GmbH is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop Emilia Romagna and Tuscany markets by combining technical knowledge with strong customer relationships. You will translate customer requirements into rotary unions and customized solutions while growing existing accounts and opening new business opportunities across Italy.

Regular travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Formación

• At least five years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and requirements.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Emilia Romagna and Tuscany.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the territory Emilia Romagna and Tuscany by implementing the commercial strategy.
• Build and manage partnerships with existing accounts and acquire new customers.
• Understand customer needs and propose rotary unions and customized solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
• Collaborate with technical office, production, and customer service.
• Maintain CRM records and represent the company at industry events in Italy and abroad.
